IT was a joyous moment for Stanley Okechukwu Mojekwu penultimate Friday when he emerged the January winner of HiTV’s ongoing monthly promotion tagged Subscribe & Cruise.
The Asaba based active subscriber emerged winner at the monthly draw held at HiTV’s Ikeja office where he received the keys of the Geely CK II car from ace comedian Julius Agwu.
An excited Mojekwu thanked HiTV for the car even as he urged other subscribers to remain active on the platform, saying “As you never can tell, you will be the February winner of this promo. I am extremely grateful to HiTV because in the history of Pay TV in Nigeria, HiTV is the only one that gives out cars to loyal subscribers. I enjoin the people already on the platform to continue to remain there and for those who are yet to get on board, this is one good reason to come now that is, if the world-class programmes have not lured you before now.”
The winner who claims to love HiTV premium sports channels, revealed that his wife is in love with Hi Nolly ( Nigerian movie channel) “And the kids scramble for Hi Kids and other kiddies channel. It’s really has been a rewarding experience being a subscriber to HiTV, and it’s even more rewarding now that I have won a car for my loyalty. I am happy and I thank HiTV once again.”
Toyin Subair, CEO, said HiTV as a Nigerian company was poised to bring smiles to the faces of its loyal subscribers “Because they have stayed with us through thick and thin and they deserve the best in terms of our world-class programmes and Geely car gifts we will be giving from January to December.”
Mojekwu test drove the Geely car around the premises of HiTV with Julius Agwu by his side.
The promotion will end in November with a car being given to a lucky active subscriber every month of 2010.
