This will also facilitate its operations under ISO 9000.
A statement from the commercial department of the company, explained that the software will have all the operations of IHS integrated under a single portal which can be accessed from all their offices throughout the country and from anywhere in the globe. The deal involves the integration of the company’s Human Resources, Training Management, Staff Evaluation, Project Management, Inventory & Warehousing, Procurement & Sales, Expense Management, as well as Operations & Maintenance as a single Business enterprise solution..
According to the Software experts from VOREX, the outcome of the implementation is to compliment the company’s drive towards reducing Cost, adding control to the current process and help in the daily business activities of proving qualitative services.
Olugbenga Onakomaiya, the Commercial Director of IHS, said that the software will allow IHS to provide its leading customers the best infrastructure services. “Our goal is to satisfy and put smiles on the faces of our customers and that is why we have to bring in one of the best software companies to help in developing software that tackles all business units of the company. The deal will improve and add to the quality services that the company has been offering Nigerians,” he said.
IHS Nigeria Plc is a pioneer in the various aspects of telecom infrastructure services. It specializes in offering collocation and infrastructure sharing services to the industry through self owned sites. It also provides the full range of managed services (including operations and maintenance), and infrastructure deployment.
