Microsoft on Monday announced the availability of the Lumia 640 XL in Nigeria. The latest device to join the Lumia portfolio, the Lumia 640 XL offers more personal computing and increased productivity through seamlessly integrated Microsoft Office experiences, OneDrive storage and fast 4G connectivity.

The Lumia 640 XL will upgrade to and benefit from Windows 10 as it becomes available later this year.

The new Lumia offers smooth and quickly access to your favourite websites, documents, apps and games, thanks to the on-board 1GB of memory and powerful quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor.

The device sports a 13MP rear camera with LED flash as well as a 5MP front facing camera which capture amazingly detailed images and videos.  Also impressive is its 5.7’ HD display designed to enhance your viewing experience.

Talk time is also quite remarkable thanks to the long lasting 3000mAh Battery, offering almost 24 hours talk time. Adopters of the new Lumia 640XL will enjoy the latest version of Windows Phone 8.1 and the Lumia Denim update, complete with one-swipe Action Centre, Word Flow and Live Folders as well as the ability to Keep up-to-date with the best features through regular updates to Windows, including all the benefits of Windows 10 service as it becomes available later this year.
