Etisalat Nigeria last week launched its Kaduna Experience Centre to further increase bonding and bring its services closer to new and existing customers on the network. Etisalat’s customers who visited the Experience Centre during the launch had the opportunity of winning various prizes in a lucky dip.
Prior to the opening, a road-show commenced on Thursday, May 13, 2010 to educate new and existing customers on the latest addition to the chain of Experience Centres by the telecoms company.
The road-show covers Yakubu Gowon Way, Ahmadu Bello Way, Independence way, Waff road, Ali Akilu Road, Central Marke and other streets within the Experience Centre’s environs.
Tolu Ojo, director Sales, Etisalat said that the new Etisalat Experience Centre offers the people of Kaduna metropolis and its environs easy access to a bouquet of Etisalat’s services. “It will also help solve customer-related issues by providing information to our ever-increasing subscriber base on how best to enjoy the unique benefits of our products and qualitative services, purchase data devices, handsets and SIM packs. Etisalat’s courteous Sales Specialists will offer a personal touch in providing information to customers on how best to maximize the benefits of being part of Etisalat’s over 100 million subscribers globally”, he noted.
Tolu also noted that subscribers who visit the Kaduna Experience Centre are in for a fantastic time as there is a line-up of interesting activities to engage them for a two-week period after the shop opening. He disclosed that there will be lucky dips for customers who make purchases from N750 upwards at the centres. “This category of customers will win fantastic prizes such as iPODs, handsets, standing fans, 0.6KVA Yamaha generators, pressing irons, recharge cards, t-shirts, branded give away items as well as many more exciting prizes”.
The Kaduna centre which is situated at 6, Yakubu Gowon Way, is designed in a classy and unique ambience for which Etisalat is known. The new Experience Centre is set to meet the needs of customers for sales, service, information and education.
Etisalat currently has centres at GRA and Allen Avenue in Ikeja, Murtala Muhammed Airport 2, Awolowo road in Ikoyi, Silverbird Galleria, Mega Plaza, Saka Tinubu and the Palms all in Lagos; other centres are in Kano, Ibadan, Port Harcourt, Enugu and Abuja.
