Multi-Links Telkom, has opened a new outlet at the Adeniran Ogunsanya Shopping Mall, Surulere, Lagos.
Chris Bannister, chief Sales and Marketing Officer (CSMO), Multilinks said the opening of the outlet is part of the new business strategy of taking the business closer to the people.
He said that Multi-Links Telkom’s integrated brand renewal and rejuvenation drive would ensure closer affinity between Multi-Links Telkom and its customers.
The outlet will provide full complements of services available at all Multi-Links Telkom’s Touch Points (Customer Service Branches). With the opening of the outlet, Bannister said the plan to bring all the brand’s sales and after sales services as close as possible to the valued customers of Multi-Links Telkom would be easily realisable.
According to him, by the opening of Multi-Links Telkom’s latest Customer Service Branch, customers can now derive quicker solutions to their immediate needs ranging from buying of voice and data (Broadband Internet) packages, recharge cards, handset repairs and replacement, subscriber registration and general enquiries about the brand’s products and services.
At the official commissioning of Multi-Links Telkom’s Customer Contact Point at Adeniran Ogunsanya Shopping Complex, the CSMO proposes to urge Multi-Links Telkom customers to use the opportunity provided by the opening of the centre at Surulere to register their lines in accordance with the mandate of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) on the SIM/RUIM registration exercise.
Chris stated that Multi-Links Telkom’s total brand transformation is a product of intense analysis of brand equity and brand promise as well as the customers’ expectations. He said that the new outlet is indicative of Multi-Links Telkom’s current resolve to bring customer care and support and Multi-Links Telkom’s services and products closer to the customer.
