Njoku Gets the Boot at TAA

Blessing Njoku, one of the outstanding candidates at The Apprentice Africa (TAA), has been fired and with lost a chance to compete for the top prize a lucrative corporate job with befitting perks and an annual salary of $200,000

She was fired after the interviews in episode 16, as one of the last three candidates standing but would go down in history as the only contestant that was directly challenged by Biodun Shobanjo to take the mantle of leadership, and she proved her onions, delivering Matrix Corp’s first and most outstanding victory in episode 3.

An illustrious alumna of Imo state University, Blessing Njoku was born in Nigeria 31 years ago. With a bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science from Imo State University, Owerri, Nigeria,

James Amuta, publicity coordinator/ website writer for TAA, said that Blessing came to The Apprentice Africa House with the dexterity of an underdog, whom you can never see coming.

Being an Igbo lady arms Blessing with a keen and analytical business mind-at first glance and looks passive and reserved, but she is been described as a very confident person who carries herself and her team very well.

She is creative, and believes that her skills and competencies are her greatest assets. "I will bring my ability to formulate new ideas or use existing ones in a new or unexpected way to solve problems, and to think ahead to spot or create opportunities and maximize them."

Blessing started her career on the show with Matrix Corp., where she quickly earned the nickname of "Leadership Expert" after criticizing the Matrix Corp. leadership for being responsible for their initial losses.

Her second time as PM was for Zulu Corp. in episode 11, after Biodun Shobanjo reshuffled the teams, and handed the mantle of leadership to two ladies: Blessing led Zulu Corp, and Eunice led Matrix Corp. Blessing delivered once again, and earned the C.E.O’s admiration. However she lost her third assignment as project manager for Zulu Corp. in episode 15 during the Nutricima Power Fist task.

She was described as a fighter who had aura of someone who couldn’t be cornered by Jimi Awosika, the C.E.O of Insight Communications during the interviews in episode 16.
