This system helps NCAA make savings from reduced frequent travels for meeting as this systems can allow them hold secured conference meetings over the phone. The calls via this system are free and secured as it is over their network (LAN and WAN).

“IP PBX System is much more managed (allows free inter/intra calls across offices or branches) and efficient way to communicate compared to traditional PBX. Because this system enables voice to travel over an IP network, it facilitates more custom and complex collaboration features”  Ezeagu added.

According to him, the advanced features include: voice features like call forwarding, transfer, holding, parking, paging, conferencing, video calling, Instant Messaging (IM), file transfer, desktop sharing.

The solution also has voicemail & messaging features with real-time voice call recording ability, message waiting as well as integrated automatic attendant console for Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), hunt groups, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), customer self-service etc.
