Etisalat Rewards Loyal Customers

Etisalat Nigeria, starts the year on a high note as it rewards its top ten loyal customers and two of its best performing frontline staff of 2012 with an all-expense paid trip to South Africa to watch the Nigerian matches that will be played in the preliminary round of the 2013 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) competition.
The trip scheduled from the 23rd to 31st of January is an avenue Etisalat has chosen to appreciate its customers for their continued patronage and to acknowledge the efforts of its dedicated staff that have consistently delivered a superior customer experience to its customers in the past year.
Mr. Wael Ammar, chief commercial officer, Etisalat Nigeria, said the gesture was part of Etisalat’s efforts at building customer relationships, whilst also recognising its deserving staff. “Etisalat is a customer-focused company that seeks to continuously delight its subscribers with quality of service, innovation and operational excellence.

Among the staff being rewarded are those from the Etisalat customer care team who he said were instrumental towards the achievement of the recent awards received by the company, including the Nigeria Communications Commission (NCC) award for Excellent Service and Effective Collaboration with the Consumer Affairs Bureau to ensure access to Customer Care Help line.
During the five-star trip, Etisalat customers and staff will have the opportunity to watch two matches; Ethiopia V Nigeria and Zambia V Nigeria. There will also be sightseeing tours of Johannesburg, Nelspruit and Rustenburg among other activities.
